So so thankful to the team at Grit physio !!! Specifically Dylan who worked with my daughter Lily.

Lily came in unable to continue playing soccer or dance due to a knee injury, she couldn’t walk without pain. After working with Dylan and the amazing advice and knowledge from both him and Nitin, she is now pain free and has just finished a massive weekend of dance concerts and was able to continue playing soccer until the end of the season.

I can’t believe how much she has improved and the constant support and care we received was outstanding. We live in Reservoir and travel to Glen Iris because the drive is so worth it and we’d never go anywhere else.

Anyone with any issues requiring a physio we recommend to go straight to Grit physio because we know they’ll receive the best care.

Had a great experience at Grit Physio with Dylan. He’s extremely professional yet very approachable, which made it easy to talk through what I was dealing with. He took the time to properly assess my running injury, explained everything clearly, and got me back into training with a well thought-out rehab plan that actually worked.

You can tell he genuinely cares about progress and long-term results, not just a quick fix. Highly recommend.

My husband and son both saw Nitin at Grit Physio, and we were extremely impressed with his professionalism and expertise. I had an excellent experience with Div, From my very first session after my leg injury he took the time to understand my condition, explained the treatment plan and helped me set realistic goals that was effective. I noticed my strength and mobility faster than expected in a short time!

After 2 years of pain in feet and going to multiple doctors and specialists with no answers. I came across Div and in a short period of time he was able to discover the issue and has provided me a plan to help elevate the pain.
I have found Div to be very knowledgeable and friendly. He went above and beyond to get me a diagnosis and help me.

I’ve been to many podiatrist through the years due to my plantar fasciitis and Div was the only one that was able to treat it successfully. I met him in his previous workplace and I followed him here at Grit because I could not find a new podiatrist that is as good as him. Good thing I did because here I met Nitin for my ongoing knee issues. Nitin is very thorough and his methods got me out of rehab plateau. He helped me get back to doing what I love, dancing. I’m so glad I’ve made the switch to Grit for my podiatry and physio needs. Both Nitin and Div’s treatments work in synergy. They are both very competent in what they do and I highly recommend them.
