Hi, I’m Div (Divyam), Co-Director and Senior Podiatrist at GRIT Physio. I work closely with people dealing with everything from stubborn heel pain and ankle issues to sports injuries, kids’ foot problems, and falls risk in older adults. I’m all about getting to the root of the problem, explaining things simply, and giving you a clear plan to move forward.
With a background in sports and a calm, detail-focused approach, I take pride in combining rehab, orthotics, hands-on care, and education to deliver the right treatment, not just the quick one. Whether you’re a weekend runner, a concerned parent, or someone struggling with foot pain that’s been going on for too long, I’m here to help you get back to feeling strong, confident, and supported.
I’ve spent the last 5+ years working across sports podiatry clinics and multidisciplinary teams, treating a wide range of lower limb injuries and helping patients of all ages move better. Before GRIT, I worked at Wallan Sports Podiatry and The Footcare Clinic, where I developed a strong interest in gait analysis, injury prevention, and custom orthotic therapy.
Now as Co-Director at GRIT, I help shape our care systems and lead the podiatry service with a focus on outcomes, precision, and proper rehab. I’m hands-on, methodical, and always thinking about how to simplify things for my patients, because good treatment should be easy to understand and even easier to follow through.
Outside the clinic, I still play cricket, mainly to chase old form and talk about the one game I bowled well three seasons ago. I love sport, travel, and picking up new hobbies (even if they don’t always stick). I also really enjoy working with kids and older adults, something about seeing their progress reminds me why I do what I do. Whether it’s in clinic or outside it, I’m big on staying active, staying curious, and always learning.
