Hi, I’m Nitin, Director at GRIT Physio with nearly a decade of experience in musculoskeletal and sports rehabilitation. I specialize in injury prevention, rehabilitation, and performance optimization, particularly in cricket, and have worked with elite athletes, including my ongoing work with Cricket Victoria and the Melbourne Stars. I’m all about helping clients get back to their best with personalized care that fits their goals and lifestyle.

Highlights of my career

Nitin has nearly a decade of experience in musculoskeletal and sports rehabilitation, with a focus on cricket injury management. As Director of GRIT Physio, he’s built a thriving clinic offering exceptional care. His previous roles include Head Physiotherapist for the Melbourne Stars, providing injury management during a COVID-impacted season, and working with Cricket Victoria and the Cricket Sports Medicine Centre to optimize performance and recovery for athletes. Nitin has also mentored junior physiotherapists and presented professional development seminars, continually advancing his clinical skills.

Outside of Work

Outside of work, Nitin enjoys hiking, cycling, and exploring new places. He’s passionate about staying active and is also an advocate for community wellness through local health initiatives.
