Your practitioner will ask about your running load, goals, past niggles, footwear, and current training. Then they will assess the areas most relevant to your running, such as strength, control, mobility, pain triggers, or foot and ankle mechanics.

The goal is not to overwhelm you with jargon. It is to help you understand what to do next.

Terms and conditions: Single use only: one complimentary assessment per person. You must be a member of a participating local running club at the time of booking and appointment. Please write your running club name in the comments on the initial booking page. Offer applies to an initial physiotherapy or podiatry assessment only and is subject to appointment availability. Not redeemable for cash, not transferable, and cannot be combined with another offer. Clinical suitability is at the discretion of the treating practitioner. Standard cancellation or no-show policies may apply.
